Speaking at the '8th FICCI Safety Systems Excellence Awards & Conference for Industry' on the theme of - Workplace Safety & Occupational Health, Gangwar reiterated that government's efforts to introduce 4 labour Codes, instead of 44 complex laws, will not only reduce the compliance burden for companies but also benefit the workers.
